I strive to teach in a way that empowers students to become their own teachers. Learning to follow your own heart’s guidance above all else. I believe that playfulness and humor are integral to healing, as they balance the courage necessary to face places inside us consumed by fear and pain. It is through loving these challenging aspects of ourselves, learning to identify what is ours and what is not, and releasing the darkness keeping us trapped that allows us to thrive in greater joy, light, and freedom.
My prayer is that we grow in capacity to love all parts of ourselves, and as we do so, grow our capacity to love others.
